About me
Hello, I'm Dess.
I lived in South Africa for many years, where fluent, native-level English became part of everyday life. My first career was in finance — as Financial Manager for Apple South Africa — before I followed my calling into the classroom as an English teacher in Varna.
I am fully qualified, with legal status as an interpreter, translator, and teacher. For over six years I've prepared students for their certification exams — Cambridge and IELTS — bringing the precision of a finance career to every lesson plan.
